1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using zynlore.in or any app published by Zynlore (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Services. If you're using the Services on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
Individual apps may publish their own, more specific terms — where they exist (linked from that app's page), those apply in addition to these Terms for that app.
2. Description of service
Zynlore is a small studio that builds and publishes a range of independent apps and web tools under one umbrella. What a specific app does, and any account or subscription requirements, are described on that app's own page and in its own terms where applicable.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18, or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services, or have a parent or guardian's permission where a Service permits minors to use it under supervision.
4. Accounts
Some apps require an account. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information when creating one. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Service, account, or data not belonging to you
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any app, except where permitted by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our permission
- Upload or transmit malicious code
6. Subscriptions, in-app purchases, and billing
Some apps offer optional in-app purchases — one-time purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions — sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are billed and processed entirely by Apple or Google under their own terms and payment methods; we never see or store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through your App Store or Play Store account settings before the renewal date.
- Refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies, not ours — please contact them directly for refund requests.
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; we'll give notice of price changes affecting active subscriptions where required.
7. Intellectual property
The Zynlore name, logo, and the branding, design, and content of zynlore.in and our apps (excluding user-generated content and third-party material) are owned by Zynlore or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent, except as permitted by a given app's own functionality (e.g. exporting your own data).
8. Your content
Where an app lets you create or upload content (e.g. trip and expense data, receipts, profile information), you retain ownership of that content. You grant Zynlore a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to operate the Service you're using — for example, syncing your data across your devices, or sharing it with other members of a group you've joined.
9. Third-party services
Our Services may rely on or link to third-party services (e.g. Supabase, Firebase, app stores). We're not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zynlore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Zynlore harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Services, or delete your account within a given app, at any time.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where required, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
